Tues 10/24/23 Gym Gainz Guide: Upper Body Workout

Control each rep on the descent and be intentional with each lift. Don't just go through the motions. Remember to challenge yourself on the final set of each exercise. If deep down you know you can do an extra rep or 2... go for it!!!
