Thurs 12/21/23 Gym Gainz Guide: Leg Workout

Now is not the time to be skipping workouts. The holiday week will be funky next week, so get it in while you can. Go ahead and plan for at least 3 workouts the week of Christmas. (For the record, I take off Christmas day and will make it up the following day.)
