Thursday 1/19/2023 Bodyweight Blaster: Leg Workout

Today is going to be a grind. Feel free to sub regular lunges for the split jumps as needed!

Lower Body Warm-Up (link)

*5-7 minutes of lower body dynamic stretches

12 Rounds for Time:

12 Split Jumps

12 Metronomes

*do 12 sets of the two exercises

*do this as a superset, alternating between the 2 exercises, for 10 sets of each

*Metronomes: to the left = 1 rep, to the right = 2 reps, etc

*sub regular lunges if you want lower impact

4 sets:

10 Single Leg RDL (each leg)

:40-:60 sec Ab Heel Taps

*single leg RDL can be done with or without weights

Lower Body Cool-Down (link)

*5-7 min lower body stretches
