What a surprise! That was way more challenging than I gave it credit for:) My abs are pretty toasty from yesterdays workout so I subbed plate grnd2oh in place if bicycle crunches… Hope that’s cool…? I was able to do the amrap as an emom though which get the heart rate up nicely! 😁🤢
