One of the best gifts you can give your spouse for Valentine's Day is a shredded set of arms.
Goals for today: Hydrate, crush your workout, complete something you have been putting off, and encourage someone along the way!
*5-7 minutes of dynamic upper body stretches
18 minute AMRAP:
9 Burpees
15 Push-Up Complex (5 ea: wide, reg, narrow)
*AMRAP = as many reps as possible
*Set timer for 18 minutes and rotate through the 4 exercises as many times as you can with proper form
*for the weighted sit-ups, hold anything 2-10 lbs against your chest
4 Sets:
12 Triceps Dips
12 Bent Rows
:40 sec Superman Hold
*for the bent row, use a heavy weight from around the house: dumbbells, bag of dog food, suitcase, etc
*on the last set of triceps dips and bent rows, try to knock out a few extra reps!
*5-7 minutes of upper body stretches
