Tues 5/24/22 Upper Body Push/ Pull Workout

What’s not to love about Tuesday Workouts! It’s an upper body pump sesh 🔥

Upper Body Warm-Up (link)

*5-7 minutes of dynamic upper body stretches

4 Sets:

12 DB Incline Bench Press (pause)

*3 count pause at the bottom of ea rep

*do a set of 8 each YTLW raises after each set of bench (each set of YTLW raises would technically be 32 reps, so go light!)


10 DB Push Press

10 Renegade Rows

10 Runners

10 Yd down & back farmer carry each side

3 Giant sets:

10,10,10 Seated Shoulder Circuit

20 Reverse Grip Lat Pull-Down

10 Triceps Dips

10 DB Curls (go to failure on third set of curls)


50 Burpee Cash Out
