Thursday 1/26/2023 Bodyweight Blaster: Leg Workout

Challenge: Listen to an inspirational podcast while you workout! Ed Mylett, Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, Ben Barker, etc!


I realize you probably don't absorb quite as much as you would if you were 100% focused on listening but this is a small change I've made this past year, that I think has made a big difference for me!


Lower Body Warm-Up (link)

*5-7 minutes of lower body dynamic stretches


Tester Workout RETEST

10 Rounds for Time:

10 Split Jumps

10 Metronomes

*do this as a superset, alternating between the 2 exercises, for 10 sets of each

*Metronomes: to the left = 1 rep, to the right = 2 reps, etc

*sub regular lunges if you want lower impact

*beat your time for week 1


4 sets:

10 Single Leg RDL (each leg)

:30 sec Superman Hold

12-15 Reverse Crunches

*single leg RDL can be done with or without weights


Lower Body Cool-Down (link)

*5-7 min lower body stretches
