Monday 3/6/2023 Bodyweight Blaster: Lower Body Workout

Monday is a day that needs to be crushed. Monday sets the tone for the remainder of the week. Don't be passive. Intentionally pursue your goals today!


We are in week 2 of our 4 week phase. Aim to push a bit harder today and continue building momentum!


*5-7 minutes of lower body dynamic stretches


8 EMOM:

1: 15-18 Squat Jumps (or regular squats)

2: :40 sec Superman Hold

*EMOM = every minute on the minute

*Set a timer for 8 minutes. min 1 do 15-18 squat jumps then rest the remainder of the minute. When min 2 starts hold a superman for 40 seconds, the rest 20. You will repeat that 3 more times.


Tester Workout Prep

5 Rounds for Time:

12 Reverse Lunges (weighted if able)

14 Single Leg RDL (Alt legs left, right, left, right)

*do 5 rounds of the 3 exercises as quickly as you can with good form

*use any type of heavy object from around the house for the lunges and RDLs

*modify sit-ups by subbing crunches if needed


3 Sets:


*5-7 min lower body stretches
