Mon 5/23/22 Leg Day Workout (New Workout Cycle)

Happy Monday, Team! Workouts will typically follow a 4 week cycle. Meaning, the strength exercises will stay relatively the same with changes in reps and weight as we progress. This enables us to see better progress and ensure that we are improving! That being said, new squat cycle starting today!
