I love Friday Workouts. With a couple rest days coming up push some of the final sets on a few exercises. If I ever specify "to Failure," this doesn't mean injure yourself. It means go to technical failure ie when you can no longer perform a rep with quality form. So, even if you could knock out a few more cringe reps, go ahead and stop to avoid injury.
