Happy Flex Friday, Team! I won't bore you with all of the "don't let your weekend become a weak end" quotes... but let's finish the week strong with a great upper body workout! I am a hug believer in the 80/20 rule. Live a little on the weekend. Pro tip: if you plan to really spurge, plan the rest of your day accordingly! When I know I am going to have pizza at night, I will eat less carbs and fat and focus on protein and high fiber veggies during the day!
